I placed an order online -when will it ship?
Most orders are typically shipped within a week of ordering. Please note, I am only one person so some orders may take more time to fulfill. You will receive tracking information as soon as it is shipped.
I placed an order for local delivery – what happens now?
You will be emailed with a drop-off time and day when your order is ready. Most orders can be delivered even if you are not home but further arrangements can always been made if necessary. Feel free to email us with any questions or additional details necessary to make your delivery.
My order was shipped but I never received it.
After your order leaves my hands and goes into the mail it is out of our control. If your address is input incorrectly on your order, please send an email and notify us immediately and we may be able to catch it before it is shipped BUT IT IS NOT GUARANTEED. If a package is lost in the mail, we can replace the order after verification is made by the postal service. If a package is marked delivered, we are not liable for losses or replacement.
My order arrived but the products look different from the pictures.
Each of our products are handmade in small batches which means some variation may occur. Sometimes they may differ in colour and shape. We try to be as consistent as possible some slight imperfections and differences are not avoidable. This does not affect your product at all and will still be fun to use and smell amazing.
I would like to view your products in person – do you have a physical location?
Liola Luxuries does not have a permanent location but you can find our products at the Regina Farmer’s Market and other local pop-up markets in Regina, SK. There is a scent I used to buy from you but you no longer make – how can I find out if you will make it again?
If you love it – let us know! Please email us and we can let you know if a seasonal scent will be coming back, if the scent has been discontinued, or if we are able to make a custom batch for you.
